(g) if our business enters into a joint venture with or is sold to or merged with another business entity, your information may be disclosed to our new business partners or owners.

3.2 The information you provide to us may be accessed by or given to our staff working outside the UK and third parties some of whom are located in the US who act for us for the purpose set out in this Policy or for other purposes approved by you. Those persons process information, fulfil and deliver orders, process credit card payments and provide support services on our behalf.

3.3 We may also pass aggregate information on the usage of the LoulouBee Website to third parties but this will not include information that can be used to identify you.

We reserve the right to disclose your confidential information:

(a) to your bank or credit/debit card authority for the purpose of obtaining payment; and/or

(b) to our staff and third parties who process credit/debit card payments on our behalf.

5.1 We have organisational measures in place which are designed to protect your personal and confidential information. However no on-line system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal and confidential information on-line. We will use reasonable measures to protect your personal and confidential information from alteration, loss or misuse. We will retain your information for a reasonable period or for so long as the law requires.

5.2 We wish the information we hold about you to be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us at customerservice@louloubee.co.uk. If you inform us in writing of any inaccuracies we will promptly correct the information we hold about you.

5.3 We may collect, transfer, store and process personal and/or confidential information in databases in the United States. We will use reasonable endeavours to comply with all relevant data protection information in utilising such databases.

6. Collection and Use of Tracking Information

6.1 We may use technology to collect information about the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This may include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. A “cookie” is a small data file containing information that is written to a user’s hard drive by a web server and used to track the pages visited. Any information collected in this way will be used:

We are entitled by law to charge a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

8. Links to Other Sites

The LoulouBee website includes links to other websites which are clearly signposted. This Policy does not apply to any third parties over whom we have no control including, but not limited to, other websites. We recommend that you review any privacy policies belonging to any such third party websites.

9. Destruction of Personal and Confidential Information

Manual destruction of files, records and computer printouts containing sensitive data and confidential information are carried out in a secure way by internal shredding.
